NOK Human Capital is hiring Bilingual SpanishEnglish Customer services representatives for a very wellknown BPO company

Our agents will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers consulting on products with compassion or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile. Youll be the difference between a customer experience that is just average and one that is exceptional. Additionally you will conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

* Six months or more of customer services experience.

* Graduates only

* the ability to recognize apply and explain your product or service knowledge.

* C1 Spanish Level & B1 English Level.

* Egyptians only.
