Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage valuation engagements for financial reporting tax compliance mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning.
• Develop and review complex financial models including DCF analyses OPM market multiple analyses and other valuation methodologies.
• Prepare and present detailed valuation reports to clients and stakeholders providing expert financial analysis and insights.
• Analyze financial statements transactions and business records to identify discrepancies and potential issues.
• Support litigation processes by preparing valuation reports and providing expert testimony as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities developing proposals and leading business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a team of valuation professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in business valuation with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Certifications: One or more of the following professional certifications are highly desirable CVA ABV ASA or similar
• Skills: Strong business development experience forensic accounting litigation support and expert testimony experience are a plus.
• Attributes: Excellent analytical skills ability to manage multiple projects exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
