سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني## What you will deliver: 📍Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of VAP Group's brands. 📍Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. 📍Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand messages. 📍Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement and reach. 📍Build and nurture vibrant online and offline communities around our brands. 📍Foster engagement and loyalty through regular interaction and community-building initiatives. 📍Oversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning. 📍Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and brand visibility. 📍Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality materials that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. 📍Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand reach and collaboration opportunities. 📍Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of campaigns. ## Requirements 📍Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or public relations, preferably within the media industry, and at least 1 year experience in Web3 space. 📍At least 3 years of experience in managing similar teams, with a proven track record of leadership and team development. 📍Proven track record in developing and managing successful brand strategies. 📍Experience in identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers. 📍Demonstrated ability to build and manage online and offline communities. 📍Strong understanding of public relations principles and experience in managing PR campaigns and events. 📍Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term marketing communication strategies. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies. 📍Proficiency in using analytics tools to track the performance of marketing communications initiatives and inform decision-making. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team
