Direct Reports: Security Supervisor Job Summary and Purpose Responsible for the efficient control of Security in the shipyard and accommodation. Accountabilities Key Accountabilities: 1. Implements the rules and disciplinary requirements of the Port Facility and Security Plan (PFSP), Security Standing Orders and disciplinary code by continuous monitoring. 2. Manages contract Security staff to ensure they execute duties in line with contractual obligations and N-KOM expectations. 3. Prepares Dailey, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Security Reports. 4. Prepares Security Reports, manpower report and other administrative tasks. 5. Conducts ISPS briefing to the new Security Guards and new employees. 6. Ensures that security equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and CCTV maintained. 7. Conducts final investigation and prepares reports on security related incidents and other security violations/offenses.
