الوصف الوظيفي
- Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including supplier agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, and service agreements. Ensure all contracts protect the company’s interests and comply with relevant laws.
- Litigation Management: Manage and oversee any litigation or disputes involving the company. Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to the management team and various departments on a wide range of legal matters, including intellectual property, data protection, employment law, and commercial law.
- Employee Management: Supervise and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective performance and professional development. Allocate tasks and manage the workload within the legal department.
- Contracts of BNPL: Oversee and manage all legal aspects related to Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services. Draft, review, and negotiate BNPL contracts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and protect the company's interests.
- Investigations: Conduct investigations into any legal issues or disputes involving sales representatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and take appropriate action based on investigation findings.
