As a Virtual EntryLevel Travel Associate youll play an essential role in assisting travelers with their bookings and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to travelers answering inquiries resolving issues and assisting with bookings
- Booking Assistance: Assisting clients with booking flights accommodations transportation and other travelrelated services ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communication: Communicating with clients via phone email and chat to provide information updates and assistance throughout their travel planning process

- Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative tasks such as data entry document management and maintaining client records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred but not required
