The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the technology sector particularly in customized product sales Enterprise sales; Oracle managed services ERP solutions SaaS and staff augmentation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Joining: Immediate.
Experience Level: 7 to 11 Years in which 5 years in UAE onsite.
Work Location: Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the areas of customized product sales ERP SaaS and staff augmentation.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends competitive landscape and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline management using CRM software.
Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote the companys offerings and expand professional networks.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development sales or a related role within the technology sector.
Having experience of Sales deal closure of minimum value of 4050k USD.
Having a strong existing database.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of customized product sales Enterprise Sales Oracle managed services ERP solutions SaaS and staff augmentation.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
