Essential requirements:
- Provides advancedlevel knowledge of the UKG Pro / Legion Solution and leads all aspects of workforce management (WfM) configurations implementations modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives in collaboration with 3rd party provider and within the overall parameters of the People Planning program.
- Ensures that gathering and defining requirements are translated into technical requirements. Play an instrumental role in gap analysis and developing solutions that meet global and country needs.
- Drives the creation of detailed functional and technical design documents including test plans test cases user training documents and implementation documentation
- Facilitates as required complex working sessions with multiple stakeholders across us and with 3rd party provider(s) enhancing the global WfM solution for us including defining strategic and tactical objectives and tailors these to meet clientspecific needs as necessary
- Analyses complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
- Design a solution that best suits customer needs and make recommendations for changes to help them to adopt industryrecommended practices
- Minimum of 12 years in IT and business systems with at least 5 years focused on WfM technologies. Experienced in implementing globally and preferably with experience of Europe APAC and North America.
- Experience implementing the following WfM Modules: Timekeeping Absence Advanced Scheduling and Analytics including in & outbound integrations
- Minimum 5 years of experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Certified in WfM with at least 5 years of related experience.
- Ability to work on complex fastpaced projects in a collaborative team setting.
- Broad knowledge of labour management HCM scheduling leave and attendance experience in multiple countries is preferable
