Tracking and coordinating all incidents and problems until resolution while identifying possible causes of failures in the WAN environment.
Configuring routers to ensure a secure network
If the issue is related to the ISP we log the case with the ISP and follow up for resolution
Providing technical support and fault management response to problems related to the field team
Monitoring the network troubleshooting down links and restoring connectivity
Possessing basic knowledge of routing protocols
Maintaining link and device uptime resolving link fluctuations and addressing device malfunctions
Experience in fault management escalation handling documentation and providing email support to clients
Troubleshooting and configuring CCTV systems
: Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
