About the job
- The Affiliate Quality Management Systems Lead is member of the CHC Global Quality System team and is responsible to maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across the worldwide local CHC affiliates organisations.
- In particular the incumbent is responsible as a Business process Owner for the Annual Product Quality Review and the Complaint Management End to End processes.
- With this respect the incumbent is responsible for streamlining operational processes mutualizing execution activities and ensuring crossregions key learnings and good practices sharing and related communication to contribute to agility in execution.
- The incumbent ensures that appropriate tools are developed with the responsible digital function and adopted by the local CHC affiliates organisation.
- Definition improvement and maintenance of quality processes:
- Authors the CHC Global Quality Documents for the assigned QMS in collaboration with the impacted CHC global and local functions
- Provides the training
- Drives continuous improvement
- Act as a Global Quality focal point for implementation of quality requirements in the crossfunctional working groups related to eCommerce and Cross boarder ecommerce (CBEC) projects
- Digital Tools Ownership:
- Leads and coordinates that the system is established in CHC consistently across the sites country affiliates and global GxP functions
- Ensure systems compliance along life cycle coordinates and executes validation and user acceptance tests
- Transversal activities:
- Develops maintains networking within the sites and external manufacturing and country quality affiliates with best practices sharing and crossfertilization
- Support organisational change management activities (e.g. preparation and performance of training sessions share best practices) through adequate communication
- Perform data analysis and trends of Quality processes
- Support and assist of department projects and programs including quality culture activities.
