Yoga or Pilates Instructor motive8 (selfemployed opportunity)
Location: Crawley
Salary: 40 per class delivered
*Please Read Before Applying* this is a freelance based cover opportunity with the current schedule available at a temporary basis. Successful candidates will need to be registered as selfemployed.
We are currently looking for a reliable driven highly motivated personal trainer to join our personal training team to deliver group exercise classes.
The role is initially going to involve delivering x1 monthly 45min Yoga or Pilates group exercise class for up to x8 participants per session however more opportunities may become available in the future. You will be delivering the sessions in our residential fitness facility located Crawley Horsham.
This is a great opportunity for any selfemployed instructors looking to earning with potential to develop a PT client base within the sites if applicable qualifications are held.
The payrate offered is 40 per class delivered. You will be covering our current schedule at our Readingbased location in RH12 0AX.
You will be highly approachable energetic and work with attention to detail providing a high level of customer service to prospective members of the residential gym.
The successful candidate will be available for delivering x1 monthly class ideally on a weekday evening starting from September 2024.
Job specifics will include:
Delivering group exercise classes themed on specific fitness targets involving participants of mixed abilities
Managing your administration duties such as marking attendance for any appointments delivered on our platform
Ensuring the attendance for all appointments carried out is updated in a timely manner
Liaising with motive8 head office management team to ensure that delivery is consistent managed professionally
Providing advice and guidance to help residents succeed with their fitness journey
You will be an effective communicator and maintain communication between all relevant parties in a professional manner working with guidelines provided on the essentials to be covered within an induction. You should also have experience in delivering fitness training sessions and have a confident and articulate approach to the way you work.
Please note you do need to hold valid selfemployed insurance (or willing to obtain) as well as a valid applicable Yoga and/or Pilates certification in order to be considered for the role.
