As we continue our rapid expansion we are in search of an experienced IT recruiter to join our dynamic team contribute to our accelerated growth and play a pivotal role in implementing both internal and external processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage qualified IT candidates
• Analyze partner company needs to deeply understand their expectations and requirements.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and motivations.
• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Design roll out and optimize both internal and external recruitment processes.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from selection to offer negotiation.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and partner companies to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment in an international context.
• A successful track record in recruitment process implementation.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time autonomously.
• Fluent in both English and French both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Always updated on the latest trends and innovations in the IT sector.
