Maternity Nurse G2

Position Summary: A warmhearted family in Riyadh Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Maternity Nurse specializing in Infant Care to join their household to care for their 2monthold baby. The ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine passion for baby care and is skilled in providing attentive and specialized care to newborns and infants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health and development of the infant including vital signs growth and feeding patterns.
  
• Administer medications or treatments as prescribed by a pediatrician.
  
• Assist with feeding diapering bathing and dressing the infant.
  
• Educate parents on infant care techniques including breastfeeding sleep routines and safety precautions.
  
• Respond promptly to the infants needs and provide comfort as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as pediatricians and lactation consultants to ensure comprehensive care.
  
• Maintain accurate records of the infants health and care procedures.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents about the infants progress and any concerns.
  
• Embraces the unpredictability of family life offering flexibility with scheduling and a willingness to adapt to the familys needs.
  
• Treats the family with the utmost respect and professionalism always honoring their privacy and confidentiality.
  
• Goes the extra mile to ensure the childs wellbeing ready to lend a hand with any additional tasks or requests that arise
  

Requirements

• Minimum two years of proven experience as a Maternity Nurse or Infant Care Specialist.
  
• Strong knowledge of infant care practices including health monitoring and developmental milestones.
  
• Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a pediatrician.
  
• Proficiency in assisting with feeding diapering bathing and dressing infants.
  
• Excellent communication skills to educate parents on infant care techniques including breastfeeding sleep routines and safety precautions.
  
• Responsive and attentive to the needs of the infant providing comfort as necessary.
  
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends overnight stays/overtime as required with the willingness and ability to travel with the family as needed.
