Job description
Job Title: Manufacturing manager for fiberglass, steel works & leather Installation
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiberglass production, with the ability to manage and lead a production team, oversee quality control processes, and ensure that all production targets and standards are met.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee the entire fiberglass production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Planned, coordinated, and directed production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor production workflow and manage the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
