Position: Mitigation Manager

This position involves leading a team to ensure projects are completed within budget while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee tarping boardup water mitigation mold remediation environmental services and carpet cleaning/reinstallation in accordance with company and industry standards.
  
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and promptly address customer concerns.
  
• Team Leadership: Ensure crews are prepared conduct daily team meetings and foster positive interdepartmental relationships.
  
• Brand Representation: Represent our brand positively to clients and adjusters offering professional opinions and solutions.
  
• Quality Control: Perform reinspections to ensure quality and address any issues.
  
• Inventory Management: Keep trucks and equipment clean wellstocked and organized.
  
• Availability: Be accessible by phone and participate in the oncall schedule as needed.
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $90000.00 $150000.00 per year
