Essential Responsibilities
- Assist members of management with internal and external communication.
- Handle sensitive, confidential information on a daily basis.
- Run and formulate reports for executive as required.
- Prepare all requests, memos, and other assignments.
- Book travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car, etc.
- Answer phone lines, take messages, and/or forward calls.
- Open, distribute, and handle mail.
- Organize filing system and maintain.
