• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor development teams in implementing architectural patterns design principles and coding practices.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Architectural Reviews: Perform architectural reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with emerging technologies trends and industry developments related to web development and architecture.
• Infrastructure Collaboration: Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the scalability reliability and security of webbased systems.
• Technical Discussions: Participate in technical discussions planning sessions and decisionmaking processes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular Vue.js).
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
• Leadership capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
