Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary role is to provide administrative support to the management of the business unit and general coordination of the activities.
- Provide assistance in compiling data from various sources and preparing a wide variety of spreadsheet tasks, including regular reports, chats on Engineering Center business activities, summaries, tables, statements, etc., to the leadership.
- Assists in developing, planning, and executing employee engagement events related to employee satisfaction and morale improvement, maintaining Intranet pages of the business unit.
- Summarizes and reviews documentation and assists in the development of informational or technical materials/internal procedures
- Assists in the organization and coordination of business meetings per the business unit’s management request
