Legal Counsel

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including agreements relating to procurement service consulting distribution external manufacturing sales license intellectual property franchise leave and license and other legal agreements
• Conducting legal research and providing advice on a variety of legal issues
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions due diligence and other corporate transactions
• Assisting in managing and resolving legal disputes
• Working with external counsel as needed

• LLB degree from a recognized law school
• 4 years of experience in a corporate or inhouse legal setting. Retail experience will be preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
