About the job
Job Responsibilities
WH operation (Supply and Cost):
- External goods receipt according to AZ GMPs.
- External goods delivery to customers.
- Good cleaning & maintaining practices during all warehousing activities.
- Internal goods delivery to relevant team.
- Internal goods receipt from relevant team.
- Participate in Plan-Do-Review meeting to maximize the efficiency of work and broaden working perspective.
- WH physical count & inventory activities.

GMP/GDP / Code of Conduct compliance:
Abiding to AZ quality standards by complying with GMPs embedded within each of the job requirements.
SHE enforcement & compliance:
All assigned roles, practices & operations are carried out according to WH basis of SHE & complying with its standards.
Financial compliance:
Share in maintaining the functional expenses through complying with good practices, minimizing losses & developing leaner approaches whenever applicable.
Continuous Improvement:
Abiding & contributing to dynamic lean tools of AZ lean House (5S-7wastes- New ideas-value recognition board).
Fixed contract for 6-9 months.
Education, Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Secondary education
- Good command of English language both written & spoken.
- Warehousing experience of minimum 2 years preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG multinational entities.
- Basic computer skills; MS outlook, MS word & MS excel.
- ERP (SAP) user mainly through WMS module.
