A-Strategy and Brand Plans Development:
- Strengthen and develop brand positioning and marketing mix strategy. Develop relevant communication tools for the respective TA/Brands.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities, Key Business & Growth drivers
- Set out strategic marketing direction for his/her brand(s) and manage the operational process in delivering it- Lead the implementation of the different marketing strategies with clear KPIs.
- To Map and Manage the KOLs related to his/her area of focus. Meet them regularly to get feedback, data, market trends and validate the different communication materials/campaigns/Messages.
- Work Closely with the digital marketing & Consumer Marketing teams to define the consumer and HCP digital strategies/ Road map for the relevant brands and the implementation of MCE methodology in our campaigns.
- Develop a plan for a pipeline of new launches for the coming 3 years and submit it regularly in the IRO process (LIM) and provide a regular update on the status in the LIM and through the regular category updates
- Work closely with the commercial excellence & country local marketing teams (Marketing Activation) to ensure and measure a proper execution of the medical activities, and proper use of the marketing material by sales forces
- Ensure compliance of all medical activities and marketing material with local regulations
B-Execution and Monitoring:
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) & monitor the SFE and e-detailing reports on monthly basis & give recommendations
- Connect with and brief management, Sales, Finance, Medical and local Marketing on the different marketing activities development when needed.
- Lead the planning and implementation of participating in regional and local Medical Conferences including the branding and messages to be shared and supporting with speakers in cooperation with Medical
- Lead the company standalone meetings including identifying objectives, Topics to be discussed, branding and deliver product/ Brand presentations.
- Work closely with sales teams enabling them to achieve their commercial objectives including supporting them in tender management process. Also have a frequent field visits to strengthen the market understanding of different countries
- Provide marketing inputs for GPS process during the DRM and IR Meetings , and give a full analysis for the business drivers & drainers in “the monthly category update”.
- Work closely with the medical team to ensure the best message and approach to the HCPs
- Analyze and report on CBU brand’s performance and A&P to management and is accountable for financial performance. Analyze NS and P&L and give fact based recommendations.
- Cooperate with Central Team (Global Team) to ensure the alignment on strategies and getting the needed support. Share local performance and learning while leveraging Global/ Other CBUs best practices.
- Coach and supervise country Brand Managers (activation managers) on operational execution of tasks
- Set up and measure Test & Learn (pilot projects) and recommend next steps.
- Coordinate the needed market research activities with S&I team
