Our client is a fastgrowing marketing consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative and strategic solutions to clients across various industries. As part of their expansion they seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Operations in Qatar (Marketing/PR/Communication Consulting firm).

The Head of Operations will be pivotal in setting up and managing operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting sector and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills excellent connections within Qatar and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the firms operations in Qatar.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and government entities.
  
• Oversee the daytoday operations ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  
• Lead and manage a team providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  

Requirements

To be successful in this job opportunity you must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting industry.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the same capacity in Qatar with a strong network of contacts in the region.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
  
• Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  
• Willingness to be based in the Qatar and travel as required.
