- Join our dedicated M&A group of professionals! What will your typical day look like?
- We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Advisor to coordinate financial due diligences as well as advise on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- . Additionally, candidates will be expected to work within Deloitte’s due diligence team, liaising and building relationships with multiple stakeholders on an agreed scope of work.
- This includes developing an understanding of target businesses, interpreting, analyzing business plan briefs and publicly available information
- . Candidates will also prepare quality of earnings assessments and report on potential key issues for our clients,
- including identifying risk or pricing factors that impact the factors.
- About the Team The Transaction Services team is a collaborative group that creates value for clients in preparation for a merger, acquisition or divestiture.
- Our team supports our clients through all stages of the M&A lifecycle through our One-Deloitte approach. We engage on deals of all sizes across a variety of industries.
- The team has successfully closed transactions ranging in value from $5 million to $1 billion and has served primarily private and public sector clients
