As a Sales Operations Manager specializing in Commercials & Pricing you will play a crucial
role in optimizing our sales operations and empowering our sales team for success. You will
play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving revenue growth through optimized
commercials and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation of
engaging commercials and implementing datadriven pricing models to maximize revenue and
win rates analyzing commercial terms agreements and developing Pricing strategies.
Additionally you will support sales training knowledge sharing and contribute to the overall
efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement datadriven pricing strategies that optimize profitability win
rates and market competitiveness.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify commercials and pricing
opportunities.
Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to facilitate efficient quoting and deal
structuring.
Manage commercial and price negotiation processes and ensure adherence to
established guidelines.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for pricing and commercial
optimization.
Analyze the performance of commercials and iterate based on customer insights and
market trends.
Identify and implement additional sales tools as needed to enhance productivity
Generate timely and accurate sales performance reports analyzing key metrics to
provide insights for decisionmaking
Ensure the availability of realtime performance dashboards for the sales team
Assist in sales forecasting by verifying data accuracy and providing input to improve
forecast accuracy
Collaborate with the sales team to understand market dynamics and sales pipeline
Continuously review and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that save time and resources:
Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) related to sales operations
processes
Ensure compliance with SLAs and take corrective actions as needed
support sales training and onboarding programs
Document best practices and share them with the sales team to improve performance
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the sales
organization
Sales Content Creation: Create and maintain sales enablement content such as pitch
decks case studies and product sheets.
Requirements
Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing
Engineering or a related field is required. A relevant masters degree is a plus
Prior Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations sales enablement or a related role
Proficiency in Commercial and Pricing
Proven track record of contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains
Knowledge of forecasting and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather analyze and interpret data to
provide actionable insights
Process Improvement: A demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement
improvements that enhance productivity
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively
collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Problemsolving: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges in
a dynamic environment
