Position: English Program Coordinator

Are you passionate about education and possess strong skills in sales and marketing As an English Program Coordinator at the Global Studies Institute you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting our English language programs guiding students toward success in their academic and career pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the development and delivery of highquality English language programs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote English language programs and attract new students.
• Manage program logistics including scheduling materials and resources.
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students and instructors.
• Provide guidance and support to address individual student needs and challenges.
• Maintain open and effective communication with students instructors and management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops to promote English language programs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools organizations and potential partners.
• Provide regular reports on program performance and marketing efforts to management.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a relevant field preferably in English Marketing or Education.
• Significant experience in program coordination sales and marketing.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is highly preferred.
• Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID.
