Main Duties:
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheets income statements project performance reports and cash flow statements
- Coordinate and oversee with the various department managers the implementation of each departments yearly budgets and periodical analysis including cost variances and WIP analysis
- Ensure internal controls are in place and in compliance with all tax regulations and filings
- Lead the accounting team and provide guidance on accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and other financial professionals
- Deliver financial reports and analysis including insights and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors
- Oversee and manage cash flow and liquidity optimizing the use of financial resources
- Participate in the formulation and development of the strategy policies and procedures to facilitate the achievement of each departments objectives
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and reduce costs
What skills do you need
- Be a fully qualified Accountant with several years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the implementation of financial accounting systems will be considered as an asset
- Have a capacity for independent and critical thought
- Have strong presentation skills and a dynamic personality
- Have an ability to promote and exploit synergies within the various Group companies
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
