Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse
pool of qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process including job postings resume
screening interviewing salary negotiation and extending offers.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive
market research and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
and provide guidance on job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage
with potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and inperson interviews to assess
candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers ensuring a
positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a
related field.
23 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
