الوصف الوظيفي
- Attain leads through different channels (brokers, connections, referrals) to achieve resale & rental targets
- Coordinate and cooperate with the primary sales team if needed
- Monitor inventory of resale properties and rental units, optimizing offerings based on market demand
- Interact with customers, address inquiries, and handle customer complaints to ensure positive customer experience & customer satisfaction
- Negotiate resale property prices or rental terms with customers, ensuring favorable deals for the company
- Manage and negotiate contract terms for resale and rental agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for resale transactions
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback
- Manage deal closures & relationships between buyers and sellers
