The Project Manager is the single point of contact for the customer and will manage the deployment of the system starting from the sales handoff through the deployment and support/maintenance handoff of the system.
Provides project management services for the integration of large and complex Contact Center projects.
Works with stakeholders to obtain and document requirements.
Validate project scope Project plan and timelines.
Works with CLevel executives to improve Project Management processes routinely.
Identifies requirements risks and mitigating strategies associated with the projects.
Provides coordination of services to meet the project requirements.
Coordinates meetings and teleconferences with the clients & all the EF s relevant personnel.
Works and manages geographically dispersed & multicultural teams.
Interacts with thirdparty vendors/suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and/or services to the clients.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
Requirements
Formal Qualifications/Certification
23 years Bachelors degree in IT/EE/CS or similar from a reputed institute.
Experience
23 years of handson Project Management experience
Experienced in determining and defining project scope and objectives
Experienced in managing resources in an effective and efficient manner
Working experience in Agile/Waterfall/Scrum methodologies
Experience in creating detailed project schedule and work plan
Experienced on PMO tools such as Jira/Confluence/Ms Project Plan
Experienced in customer handling and communication management.
Experienced in seeing projects through the full life cycle
Skills
Sound knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Agile/Scrum/Waterfall Methodology
Good collaborative problemsolving capabilities
Good written and verbal communication skills fluent in English
Expertise in Jira/Confluence/MS Project Plan
Develop Scope documents Functional Specification Documents User Acceptance Test Document Sign Off Documents.
Leadership and Managerial Skills to work under pressure.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress
Knowledge of contact center solutions /CAPM /PMP certification /Scrum Fundamentals Certified.
Good listener.
Problem solver.
Time management skills
