Job Summary:

The applicant will be primarily responsible for sourcing and servicing large accounts. Acting as the central point of contact with the client throughout the proposal and the project phases. They will have overall responsibility for delivering a successful project whilst ensuring that all internal procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

Handle the entire process from taking the brief working with the stakeholders and supporting the client throughout the process.

Meet with prospective clients presenting the organization s credentials and taking detailed briefs.

Handle medium to large accounts/partners.

Manage the relationship with the client in the proposal phase.

Collect information for the proposal creation phase.

Deliver ideas and final products/services to clients for review. o Identify the sales price of the project in the proposal phase.

Assist in closing and signing the deal with the client.

Generate leads.

Traffic Control between departments in all phases until the dismantling of the project.

Handle all the requests from the client throughout all the project phases.

Support in building the brief creative template for the creative department.

Negotiate the prices with the client in collaboration with the other departments.

Control the flow of requests/information between the client and the Creative & Execution teams.

Attend all the meetings (technical creative business etc.) with the client.

Record all the minutes of the meeting.

Followup on the requests from the client with the assigned department and assure they will be delivered on time

Gather all the information about the project and share it with the Project Lead for reporting proposes Initiating the billing process with the client

Create the Job Completion Form to be able to bill the client.

Maintain a good relationship and communication with the client

Achieve and exceed sales targets



Requirements

Education Skills & Abilities:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration Sales or relevant experience.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant position.

Eligible to live in the GCC region.

Selfstarter able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

A natural flair for building relationships with people on every level.

Great communication skills and the ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure.

Quick learner with a willing attitude and the ability to respond to a constantly changing environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Flexible to work longer hours if required.

Computer literate ability to use Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel.
