Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage database encryption strategies and solutions.
• Ensure encryption of database data at rest in motion and during processing.
• Develop and enforce encryption policies procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with database administrators IT and security teams to integrate encryption solutions into existing and new database systems.
• Monitor and analyze encryption performance making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and security.
• Provide technical expertise and support for database encryptionrelated issues.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in database encryption technologies and practices.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff on database encryption best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Database Encryption Specialist or a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of database encryption methods and technologies including encryption algorithms key management and cryptographic protocols.
• Familiarity with encryption in various stages: at rest in motion and during processing.
• Proficient in risk assessment and vulnerability management.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
