Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with the companys goals and strategies.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze the companys financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for executives and the board of directors.
• Risk Management: Identify evaluate and manage financial risks facing the company.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the companys adherence to all applicable financial laws and regulations.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Investment Opportunities: Research and identify new investment opportunities to enhance the companys profitability.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with creditors and investors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial financial experience.
