Our client is seeking an experienced A/B Testing Analyst to join their growing team. The A/B Testing Analyst will be responsible for designing, executing and analyzing A/B tests across multiple channels. This role requires a combination of technical, analytical and creative skills to design experiments that will have a measurable impact on our customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and develop A/B tests to measure the impact of different customer experiences
Analyze test results and identify key insights that can be used to improve our customer experience
Collaborate with product, business analysis, UX and technical team members to analyze requirements and develop technical design specifications for performance tracking
Utilize data analysis tools such as GA360, GA4, Optimizely and PowerBI to identify and execute on optimization opportunities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of tests
Interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced statistical & predictive methods such as multi-variate regression, A/B testing, qualitative analytics, and more.

Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in Business/Data analysis Proven experience designing, executing and analyzing A/B tests Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and A/B Testing Tools such as Optimizely Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or another agile project tracking system.
