Position: RNMedical/Surgical Telemetry Cardiac
Start Date: 8/29/2024
Duration: 13 weeks; END DATE OF 11/30. EPIC CONVERSION TRAVELER
Location: Glens Falls NY 12801
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 12
Shift Notes: Days: 7a7.30p May float to other Units 36 hrs/scheduled 24/hrs/week guarantee END DATE OF 11/30. EPIC CONVERSION TRAVELER
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
OnCall Requirements: Rotating call pool to accommodate dips in the census
COVID Vaccination: COVID vaccinations are not required but strongly encouraged.

Unit Details:
** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
** A permanent address must be included in the profile. The address must match the Drivers License/State ID. The address will be validated during the compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments (Perm address must be included in profile):
- Albany
- Columbia
- Dutchess
- Fulton
- Greene
- Montgomery
- Rensselaer
- Saratoga
- Schenectady
- Ulster
- Warren
- Washington
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION! MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE NONNEGOTIABLE
- Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights
- Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele MedTele Units Required
- Previous travel experience: strongly strongly encouraged
- Must have telemetry experience
- MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
- Neuro/stroke experience encouraged
- Please disclose any previous Hospital experience on profile
- Clinicians MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns callouts etc... very patientoriented Unit
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License ACLS BLS PERM ADDRESS Facility will not pend license/certs)
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New York
- The New York license must be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license
