Asset Management System expert

Maximo Asset Management Specialist Role Below are the key areas of expertise required:
Follow all the aspects related to the projects such as rollouts of new projects tests
and UATs.
Experience with Maximo addon Modules like Maximo ACM Maximo Transportation
Scheduler and Safety.
Understanding the Project Tender Specification documents and providing
compliances for the project scope.
Outstanding critical thinking analytics and problemsolving skills with the ability to
exercise mature judgment.
Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills;
professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint
Outlook Teams).
Involve in developing following documents: business requirement interface
requirement functional specification technical specification and process
flowcharts.
Participate in client demonstrations and conduct the Meetings/Workshops of
Maximo to management & to end users.
Analyze the information arrived from engineering team for developing
the configurations of the project.
Clean and load specific data for his own projects.
Prepare Maximo system and assist in the development of interfaces to external
systems based on Project requirements.
Report periodically to the GKU feedback warning the GKU in case of unexpected
results even attending periodical meetings.
Be the main contact person for the Local Users about questions and problems during
the operations.
Work on the incidents workorders and organize the data under the directives of the
LKU.
Support the project to load data and provide support to the project team.
Creation of reports using the principal platforms for reporting (SAP BO MS Power BI).
And monitor the KPIs trend and tools performance locally.
Follow all the aspects related to the projects.
Overall Years of Experience 7 to 10 in Maximo and Metro industry might be an
advantage.
