Position: Dutch Customer Advisor and Content Moderation Specialist
Location: Malta (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutchspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or violations to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products services and community standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer and user experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and moderation actions in the database.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support content moderation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to work onsite in Malta.
