Job Title: Aftersales General Manager

Location: Basingstoke RG21

Salary: Up to 70000 (depending on experience) car bonus OTE 90100K


Our client is an automotive retailer representing prestigious car Brands they have a total of 30 businesses providing sales service and accident repair services across Sussex Surrey Kent and Hampshire.


Established since 1931 they are a successful and progressive third generation family owned business.

The Head of Aftersales will be responsible for overseeing all aftersales operations ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive profitability while maintaining the dealerships reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the aftersales team to achieve departmental targets.
Developing and implementing effective aftersales strategies.
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and guidelines.
Managing budgets and financial performance.
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Extensive experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry.
