Our client is one of the leading hospitality groups in UAE currently hiring experienced Chef de Partie for a highend highvolume Mediterranean restaurant in Beijing China

What will you do

• Prepare cook and present highquality dishes within the specialty section
• Assist with the management of health safety & food hygiene practices
• Manage and train Commis Chefs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu ingredients

What are we looking for

• Minimum 12 years experience in a highend restaurant
• Must have bachelor degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in basic cooking techniques
• Experience in preparing fresh fish & seafood
• Up to date with the latest trends in the F&B industry
• Great knowledge of HACCP
• Works well under pressure
