Job Title: Cable Sales Representative Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate leads to establish new business opportunities for cable services. Foster and sustain relationships with potential and current clients to promote cable packages and offerings. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the advantages of cable services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors to position cable services in the market effectively. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to devise sales strategies and promotional initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales projections
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Demonstrated sales experience particularly in the telecommunications or cable sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement. Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and CRM software for lead management and sales tracking. Knowledge of cable services products and industry trends. Goaldriven with a commitment to meeting and surpassing sales objectives. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
