Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the individual needs of each student
• Address the students needs throughout any environment in which the student spends any part of his/her day
• Collaborate with other members of the team including parents to facilitate addressing all of the students educational needs
• Assist in prereferral process
• Screen individual students as necessary
• Screenings evaluations program implementation and maintain records

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation
• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience working with children.
