We are seeking a motivated and energetic B2B Sales Executive to join our team on a commissiononly basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling emailing and CRM management. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships for contract labor and direct hire recruiting services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and send emails to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize our CRM system effectively for lead management and sales tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular checkins followups and professional customer service.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their staffing and recruiting requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure staffing requirements are met on time.
- Provide regular sales reports to management including sales volume potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
This is a commissiononly position. The successful candidate will receive a competitive commission structure based on achieved sales targets.
