Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Meet new people and clients daily
- Conduct consultations to inform and educate your patients about specific facial aesthetic concerns
- Provide necessary followup with patients posttreatment to ensure desired results
- Manage patients in unsupervised situations
- Develop friendly relations with the clinic team and your patients
- Understand the problems and concerns of your patients
- Sell medical aesthetic treatments and provide outstanding customer service
- Present yourself professionally in front of new groups of people
- Be a patient sympathetic listener
- Assure compliance with standards and regulations including company policies and medical protocols
- Be responsible for quality of work
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Maintain inventory and keep waste to a minimum
- Be punctual for work and on time for each appointment
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Must have a current valid license to practice medicine in the state of New York
- Minimum of 1year handson clinical cosmetic aesthetic experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with giving presentations
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a salesoriented job (sales training will be provided)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Must be a team player
- Basic computer knowledge
