Business Analyst - Airline

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the airline industry a strong background in data analysis and 412 years of airline industry experience . The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements extract insights from data and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our operations and services in the airline domain.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and objectives in the airline domain.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret and extract actionable insights from large datasets related to airline operations customer behavior and market trends.
• Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to provide recommendations and actionable insights for business improvements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to define and prioritize data requirements ensuring the availability of accurate and relevant data for analysis.
• Assist in the development of business strategies including revenue optimization cost analysis customer experience enhancement and operational efficiency within the airline domain.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools that support data analysis and reporting needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6 12 years experience as a Business Analyst within the airline industry
• Strong knowledge of airline domain (Flight Operations Engineering Crew Operations PSS and Customer Experience) industry trends and challenges.
• Proficiency in business intelligence/data analysis tools and methodologies to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Familiarity with airlinespecific data sources systems and industry standards.
