- MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations.
- 5 Years of Experience as HR Executive with a reputed firm (Factory setting).
- The incumbent should have a pleasant and firm personality.
- Should have good Interpersonal and communication skills. (English Hindi)
- Should have analytical bent of mind and excellent in data reading.
- Should be sound in HRIS and through in ERP Software.
- Strong negotiation skill and labour law exposure.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations required.
- Manage Joining formalities induction salary slips and other documentation for the staff.
- Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities for candidates.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Skills in MS Office.
- Experience in recruiting training or organizational development.
- Knowledge of MS Office HRIS ATS and HR analytics.
- Working knowledge of payroll ERP (added advantage).
Knowledge of EHS (added advantage).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with plant management to identify workforce needs create staffing plans and recruit qualified candidates. Manage the recruitment process including job postings interviews and onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession planning strategies to ensure the availability of qualified employees for future leadership roles.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement in workforce management.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns grievances and conflicts. Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and regulations. Should have the acumen to draft SOPs/ Policies etc.
- Identify training needs design training programs and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
- Administer and manage employee compensation benefits and incentive programs ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations implement safety programs and promote a culture of safety at the plant.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with Company guidelines and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records employee data and reports related to attendance turnover and other HR metrics.
Promote employee engagement activities such as teambuilding events employee recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms.
