Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Design develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Java code
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality organization and automatization
• Implement unit tests for robustness including edge cases usability and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer
• Strong understanding of Java its quirks and workarounds
• Experience with Spring Framework and ORM tools such as Hibernate
• Proficient in SQL and database design
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with build tools such as Maven
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex software applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery is a plus
