About the Opportunity:

Hotel Name a leading 5star hotel in Kuwait is seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our vibrant Reservation team. In these roles you will play a vital role in driving guest satisfaction and revenue generation by providing exceptional service to our valued clientele. Whether youre applying for the Reservation Agent or Reservation Supervisor position fluency in Arabic is mandatory as you will be communicating with guests from the region.

Reservation Agent:

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone email and online channels regarding room reservations rates and hotel services.

• Process reservation requests efficiently and accurately ensuring all guest information and preferences are captured.

• Upsell and crosssell hotel amenities packages and upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

• Provide clear and concise information about hotel policies promotions and facilities.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while resolving guest concerns effectively.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.

• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Reservation Supervisor (Additional Responsibilities):

• Lead and motivate the Reservation Team fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize reservation sales and revenue generation.

• Analyze reservation trends and market data to optimize pricing and inventory management.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to Reservation Agents to ensure continuous improvement.

• Monitor reservation system performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Participate in hotel sales initiatives and maintain relationships with travel agents.

Qualifications (Both Positions):

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Reservation Agent or similar role in a 5star hotel environment (for Reservation Supervisor minimum 3 years of experience with supervisory experience preferred).

• Fluency in Arabic and English languages (mandatory).

• Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in computer skills including reservation management systems (PMS).

• A positive attitude a professional demeanor and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
