To support the continued expansion and development of our Leicester office we are seeking a dedicated Children Panel Solicitor with the drive and determination to develop their own caseload and career. Join our esteemed team of 5 Children Panel Solicitors and talented support staff working out of their conveniently located office in the heart of the city. The role offers hybrid working arrangements to accommodate court commitments.
Requirements
Have Children Panel Accreditation: You are recognised for your expertise in representing children in legal matters.
Have an Established Caseload: You bring with you a strong portfolio of cases.
Undertake Your Own Advocacy: You are confident and skilled in representing clients in court.
Be a Team Player: While you can manage your caseload independently you also thrive in a collaborative environment.
Have a Proven Billing History: You have a track record of successful billing and financial management.
Possess Exceptional Case Management Skills: You excel in organising and managing multiple cases effectively.
Have a Good Knowledge of Legal Aid Agency and SRA Regulatory Requirements: You are wellversed in the compliance and regulatory standards of the industry.
