الوصف الوظيفي
- To periodically review tax returns prepared by controllers and to ensure
- timely and error free payment of central excise duty and GST after adjusting the eligible input tax credit which result in minimal cash outflow.
- Error free filing of excise returns and all the GST returns in all States well within the due dates.
- ensure proper distribution of input tax credit at ISD and timely filing of ISD returns under GST.
- Availment of 100% eligible ITC under Excise GST to ensure minimal cash outflow while discharging duty liability.
- Ensure proper reversal of common credit used for GST and NonGST products.
- To monitor and verify the refund claims filed with the tax authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of refund claims under Excise and GST.
- To respond the queries / Notices issued by the tax authorities and to ensure credit of refund claim into company s accounts.
- To manage all internal and external audits and address audit queries upto the satisfaction of auditors.
- To work with Tax Consultants on the litigation matter.
- To ensure timely filing of replies of SCNs to attend PHs and to file appeals in coordination with CLO seller and Tax Consultants.
- To maintain cordial and working relationship with senior government officials and senior excise and GST officials
