Requirements
MBA/MSW/MA HRM/Psychology/Marketing student or student of any background with a strong interest in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for learning and growing.
Exceptional computer skills.
Excellent networking skills with a large student and LinkedIn network.
Students with associations in professional organizations are preferred.
Candidates with high expertise in using HR platforms AI Tools Project management software Data Analytics tools etc. will be given higher preferences.
