As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will:
  • Implement and manage SFSF PMGM CDP Succession Planning and Employee Central/Employee Profile with IAS and Integration Center.
  • Conduct halfyearly release management activities and generate reports using ad hoc reporting PRD SQL and scripting (PRD and BIRT).
  • Work independently and within a team to troubleshoot issues provide solutions and interact with vendors for system upgrades and performance.
  • Communicate and present effectively to business stakeholders integrating LMS with other SF modules like CDP BizX and JAM.
  • Follow ITIL processes to manage Incidents Changes and Service Requests within agreed SLAs maintaining project documentation and adhering to customer quality policies.
  • Present work status to customers in weekly and monthly status meetings and provide service improvement suggestions.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Proficiency in SFSF PMGM CDP Succession Planning Employee Central/Employee Profile IAS and Integration Center.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting (PRD and BIRT).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Work independently as a selfstarter and within a team environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades and performance.
  • Follow ITIL processes and manage Incidents Changes and Service Requests.
  • Present work status and service improvement suggestions to customers.
